Important information you must know before registering:
Your coverage will automatically end when you turn 80 years old.
Please note that this coverage excludes death by:
- Injuries intentionally inflicted on oneself or by another person
- Suicide
- Participating in an assault or crime
- Being intoxicated by alcohol, taking drugs or narcotics voluntarily unless prescribed by a qualified physician
- Committing any activity that is illegal or criminal in nature or associating with persons engaged in such activity
- The Certificate excludes and shall not provide coverage if the Insured dies from a Pre-existing Condition. Pre-existing Condition means an illness, disease or medical condition that has been diagnosed and treated by a physician:
- in the twelve (12) months before the Certificate’s effective date; and
- that caused the Insured’s death within twelve (12) months after the Certificate’s effective date.
- in the twelve (12) months before the Certificate’s effective date; and
